Arash Dehghanpisheh

Arash Dehghanpisheh is an experienced operational program expert at Bank Mellat since November 2004, focusing on continuous improvement and managing the suggestion system committee. With a background as an advisor to the CEO, Arash possesses expertise in strategic planning, IT, BPM, and CRM. Previous roles include head of enterprise technology and technical expert for multimedia contact centers. Arash has also served as an advisor to the CEO at OPAL Shopping Center and contributed to HR domain knowledge at Gam Electronics Co. Prior experience includes managing IT at Jahan Factory Group, demonstrating proficiency in network administration and programming for industrial systems. Arash holds a Master of Science in Executive MBA from the University of Isfahan, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Islamic Azad University, and an Associate of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Shamsipour Technical and Vocational College.
