Stefany Prita

Stefany Prita has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Stefany is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Internal People Engagement at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk since 2021. In this role, they lead the executive hiring, mass hiring, internal engagement, and external employer branding teams. Some of their achievements include high hiring fulfillment rates and revamping the onboarding process.

Prior to this, Stefany worked at Citi as an AVP - Indonesia Talent Acquisition for Retail Banking. Stefany joined in 2021 and left in 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Stefany served as the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition Lead for JENIUS, IT Bankwide, ABC, and Support Function at PT Bank BTPN Tbk. In this role, they led a team focused on digital recruitment and was responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various technical roles.

Before that, Stefany worked at PT. XL Axiata Tbk as a Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition for IT and Digital from 2017 to 2018. Their responsibilities included sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, networking with potential candidates, and promoting the employer brand.

Stefany's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant and an Executive Recruitment Consultant specializing in the technology division and IT industries at Monroe Consulting Group, Asia. Stefany joined Monroe Consulting Group in 2014 and left in 2017.

Stefany also took a sabbatical break from 2011 to 2014 for study abroad.

Stefany Prita completed their education with a Master's Degree in Business Innovation from Breda University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Auditing from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia between 2005 and 2009. Their high school education was completed at SMA Tarakanita 1 - Pulo Raya, where they focused on the Social Sciences from 2002 to 2005.
