Bojan Blecic

Bojan Blecic is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience and design. Currently, Bojan serves as Senior Vice President and Group Head of Customer Experience at OCBC Bank, where responsibilities include enhancing customer interactions across all channels and promoting a customer-centric culture among employees. In addition, Bojan holds the position of Vice President and Head of Experience Design at GovTech Singapore, along with serving as a board member for Belief Partners, a customer experience consultancy. Previous roles at Credit Suisse included Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Customer Experience. Bojan holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.
