Esmerella Fong is an accomplished experience design professional with over 17 years of expertise in creating exceptional customer experiences across various platforms. Currently serving as Vice President of Experience Design at OCBC Bank since March 2015, Esmerella has previously held roles as Assistant Vice President and Manager of Experience Design, contributing to the bank's customer engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes working at POSSIBLE as a Senior Interactive Designer, where Esmerella focused on digital solutions for businesses, and at Avantworks Pte Ltd as an Interactive Designer, specializing in branding and interactive campaigns. Esmerella holds a degree in Digital Media Design with a focus on Interactive Multimedia from Nanyang Polytechnic and completed GCE 'O' Levels at CHIJ Katong Convent.
