KhengWee Lai is an experienced technology executive specializing in digital architecture and transformation within the banking sector. Currently serving as Executive Director of Group Technology Architecture at OCBC since October 2020, KhengWee Lai previously held roles such as VP, Digital Transformation Architect for Retail & Corporate Banking, and Digital Architect at Accenture, where work focused on modernizing applications for a leading bank in Thailand. Prior experience at Standard Chartered Bank spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Product Engineer, Development Lead, and Technical Lead, contributing to the development of various online financial products and systems. Earlier experience as a Pega Consultant at JPMorgan Chase & Co. involved building a BPM solution aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
