Samuel Tsien

Samuel Tsien has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Adviser to the Board and Group CEO of OCBC Bank since April 2012, after holding the position of Global Head of Global Corporate Bank from July 2007 to 2012, where responsibilities included oversight of corporate and commercial banking relationships. Prior to joining OCBC Bank, Samuel Tsien was President and CEO of Bank of America (Asia) from 1995 to 2006. Samuel Tsien holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA.
