Arvind Lolakapuri

Arvind Lolakapuri, CSM, CSPO, is a seasoned technology manager with extensive experience in quality assurance and team leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Technology Manager at Bank of America since July 2017, Arvind has successfully led efforts to grow and cross-train teams in global wholesale credit technology and global transaction services, enhancing portfolio coverage by 100% through automation and quality assurance strategies. Prior roles include QA Manager positions at DavitaRx, PDX, Inc., CVS Health, and John Wiley & Sons - Gavs Technologies, as well as QA Team Lead at The Daily and WebMD. Arvind began the professional journey as a QA Analyst at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Abbott Laboratories. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering from Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science and a background in sciences from St. Mary's Junior College and Little Flower High School.
