Bin Lu

Bin Lu, MBA, currently serves as Vice President and Technology Feature Lead at Bank of America, overseeing QA operational excellence for various testing initiatives related to mortgage fulfillment systems. With extensive experience managing both onshore and offshore QA teams, Bin is skilled in leading strategic testing efforts, including system integration and regression testing across multiple platforms. Prior experience includes roles at Countrywide Financial Corp as a Senior QA Engineer, and Northrop Grumman and TRW Inc. Systems as a Software Engineer. Bin holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Northern Arizona University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
