Crissy Austin

Crissy Austin, GPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global talent management and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent and Global Human Resources at Bank of America since April 2019, Crissy has built a robust career at CNN from August 2009 to April 2019, advancing through roles including HR Business Partner, Global Mobility Manager, Compensation Consultant, and International Assignment Coordinator. Prior to that, Crissy held payroll management positions at Surrex Solutions Corporation and Klopp Enterprises, and also gained experience in customer service and design management at Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel. Crissy holds a B.A. in Economics from Emory University and an Associate of Arts degree in Economics from Oxford College of Emory University.
