Emily Oliver

Emily Oliver is an accomplished executive in talent acquisition and recruiting, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition and Internal Movement Executive at Bank of America. With a robust background in executive recruiting and talent sourcing, Emily has held several key positions at Bank of America, including SVP Talent Attraction and Sourcing, as well as Executive Recruiting and Global Search Program Manager. Prior to this, Emily gained extensive experience as an Executive Recruiter in Finance and Risk and as a Senior Consultant at RSM McGladrey and Ernst & Young, along with a role as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Emily holds a Master of Science in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
