Ike Osaki

Ike Osaki currently serves as the Head of Global Markets Agreements and Documentation and General Counsel for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region at Bank of America since October 2019. Previously, Osaki held the position of General Counsel for both the EMEA and Latin America regions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from February 2010 to October 2019, along with serving as Managing Director in the Global Banking & Markets Legal Department and as Chief Compliance Officer for Global Wealth & Investment Management. Prior to these roles, Osaki was the General Counsel for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and held the position of Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Banc of America Securities. Osaki earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia Law School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Rice University.
