Jake Hirschberg

Jake Hirschberg is an experienced investment analyst currently working at Michigan Ross Real Estate Fund since October 2024. In April 2024, Jake secured a position as an incoming Summer 2025 Investment Banking Analyst in Real Estate Structured Finance at Bank of America. Participation in the Michigan Real Estate Club began in January 2023. Jake completed a summer analyst role in real estate acquisitions at O'Connor Capital Partners in August 2024 and attended the 2024 Eastdil Secured Real Estate Finance Training Program. Prior experience includes a summer internship at The Opus Westchester, Autograph Collection, where a rotation occurred through finance, accounting, and operations. Jake is pursuing a degree at the University of Michigan - School of Information, following earlier education at Rye Country Day School.
