Janet Choi

Janet Choi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in banking and finance law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel & Director at Bank of America since March 2015, Janet has held multiple roles within the organization, including Assistant General Counsel & Director and Assistant General Counsel & VP, focusing on global banking and markets, particularly in fixed income derivatives. Prior experience includes positions as a Derivatives Associate in asset management at Fried Frank and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Janet has also participated in a secondment to the legal department of Bank of America and completed summer associate roles at both Shearman & Sterling LLP and Kim & Chang. Janet holds a JD from Boston College Law School, an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management, and a B.S. in Economics and Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
