Jitender Sharma

Jitender Sharma has over 20 years of extensive experience in operations and management within the banking and BPO sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Bank of America since February 2007, Jitender leads global teams across locations including GGN, Hyderabad, and the Philippines, overseeing over 150 employees and ensuring service delivery aligned with corporate goals. Prior to this role, Jitender held positions such as Assistant Vice President in Global Payment Operations, Team Leader at Infosys BPO, Unit Manager at MphasiS, and Quality Evaluator at Convergys. Jitender holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics Honours from MDS University and completed education in Commerce, Economics, Business Studies, and Geography at Mayo College, Ajmer.
