Priyanka Kakar is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Head of Design at Bank of America since September 2022, Priyanka previously held various key positions at The Walt Disney Company from October 2012 to September 2022, including Executive Director of Product Design for Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution and Director of Product Design at Disney Parks, Experiences & Products. Priyanka's expertise encompasses driving innovative consumer experiences across mobile and digital platforms, establishing design practices, and leading large teams to deliver high-quality experiences. Earlier career roles include Client Experience Design Manager at Vanguard and positions in product management and web design at Comcast. Priyanka holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Drexel University, specializing in Human Computer Interaction and Cognitive Psychology.
