Rajat Prabhakar

Rajat Prabhakar has over 17 years of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Vice President of Global Investment Banking at Bank of America since September 2010. Prior to this role, Rajat held the position of Manager in Corporate Finance at Axience, where responsibilities included leading the corporate finance team and conducting various financial analyses. Rajat's career also includes significant tenure at Copal Partners, where roles progressed from Senior Analyst to Senior Associate, gaining expertise in delivering customized research for investment banking and related sectors. The early career began as an Associate Relationship Manager at IL&FS Investsmart Securities Ltd. Rajat holds an MBF in Finance from the Indian Institute of Finance and a B.COM from Delhi University.
