Shailendra Parolkar

Shailendra Parolkar is an experienced Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer currently working at Bank of America since April 2023, focusing on document and content delivery using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Previously, Shailendra held roles at Capital One as an Agile Program Lead, enabling team delivery for network, cloud, and application services, and at New York Life Insurance Company as Program Manager and Agile Coach, facilitating agile transformation initiatives. Additional experience includes managing software development projects at Sabre Airline Solutions, AT&T, and Uniken Inc., as well as serving as a Delivery Manager at IBM, providing global application development services. Shailendra began a career in project management at Vanguard, developing e-commerce applications. Shailendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
