Shannon Mada

Shannon Mada is a seasoned professional in technology resilience and business continuity, currently serving as the Head of Global Resiliency and Business Continuity at Bank of America since July 2022. With extensive experience spanning over three decades, Shannon previously held key roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing Cyber and Technology Controls and Infrastructure for Consumer & Community Banking, as well as Solutions Architecture at Global Technology Infrastructure. Prior roles include leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Citi, Strat Services, Quest Diagnostics, Booz & Company, Accenture, and Reliance Standard. Shannon holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a focus on Classics and Computer Science from Dickinson College.
