Sherry Showalter

Sherry Showalter is an accomplished talent acquisition executive with extensive experience in global technology and human resources. Since January 2006, Sherry has held various senior positions at Bank of America, currently serving as SVP, Talent Acquisition Executive for Global Technology and Global Human Resources, overseeing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. Prior roles include managing staffing for multiple divisions such as Global Information Security and Risk, Legal & Compliance, along with leadership responsibilities for teams of corporate recruiters and staffing managers. Before joining Bank of America, Sherry was the Branch Manager for Robert Half, where responsibilities included overseeing numerous offices and leading recruitment and business development strategies. Sherry holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from James Madison University.
