Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Consumer & Small Business Product Strategy, Transformation and Rewards at Bank of America since March 2022, Shikha Narula previously held vice president roles at American Express, focusing on consumer lending products and customer management, where leadership of sizable teams contributed to significant portfolio growth. Before American Express, Shikha Narula gained extensive experience at Citi, progressing through various senior vice president and director positions, spearheading marketing strategies and driving loan growth across multiple consumer lending and credit card portfolios.
