Victoria Gray

Victoria Gray is an experienced finance professional with a background in incentive administration and operations accounting. Currently serving as the SVP, Incentive Administration Manager at Bank of America, Victoria previously held the position of Vice President, Incentive Rewards and Recognition Manager at the same institution. Prior to this, Victoria worked as an Operations Accountant at AmeriServe Food Distribution, a subsidiary of PepsiCo. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Dallas Baptist University and has additional educational experience from The University of Texas at Arlington.
