Yana Blackwelder Ma

Yana Blackwelder MA, PCC, serves as a Senior Vice President and Global Talent Executive at Bank of America, specializing in executive coaching. Yana also holds the position of Executive Coach at INSEAD Executive Education and is the Principal and Leadership Program Director at Global Coach Institute, where responsibilities include executive coaching, program design, and facilitation.
