Avia Meidan has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Avia is currently working as the Director of the Recruitment Center at Electra Consumer Products Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ASHTROM GROUP, where they were responsible for all recruitment activities, including advertising job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing analysis and advice to hiring managers. Before joining ASHTROM GROUP, Avia worked at Nisha Group as the Cleantech, Construction and Industry Recruitment & Placement Manager, where they focused on quality recruitment for private and public companies. In the past, they also served in the Israel Defense Forces, holding various roles such as Training Officer, Officer and Personnel, and Human Resources Officer. In these positions, they were involved in the selection and placement of soldiers, employee evaluation processes, building enrichment programs, and providing guidance to units and senior staff.

Avia Meidan earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Organizational Consulting from Ono Academic College, where they studied from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences at Bar-Ilan University from 2009 to 2012.
