Zeina Khalaf

Zeina Khalaf currently serves as the Head of Corporate Legal & Board Secretary at Bank of Beirut, providing legal support to the BOB Group and its subsidiaries while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to this role, Zeina is a practicing lawyer at the Beirut Bar Association and Samir Khalaf Law Firm, where complex legal advice and contract negotiation are key responsibilities. Previous experience includes positions as a paralegal at Société Générale de Banque au Liban SAL and legal intern roles at ALEF act for human rights and the Committee of the Families of the Kidnapped and Missing. Zeina holds a Master II (DESS) in Banking and Finance Law and a Bachelor Degree in Law from Université La Sagesse, as well as a Lebanese Baccalaureate in Life Science from Zahrat-El-Ihsan.
