Shane Deal

Shane Deal has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Shane is currently working as a Vice President Business Relationship Manager at Bank of Blue Valley, a division of HTLF Bank. Previously, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Vice President Principal Commercial Relationship Management. Before that, they served as a Business and Regulatory Consultant at MSD Consulting. Prior to that, Shane held the position of Deputy Commissioner of Financial Institutions at the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Building on their previous roles, Shane worked as a Market President at North American State Bank and as a Regional Community Bank President at MidCountry Bank.
