Jeff Birch

Jeff Birch has over 20 years of experience in technology and project management, currently serving as the Director of Vendor and System Management for the Bank of Canada. Leading major facility renewal programs, Jeff oversees the design and construction of data centers and other critical infrastructure. Prior roles include Director of Supply Chain and Contract Management, Senior IT Principal Consultant, and Infrastructure Manager at the Bank of Canada, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of 32 technology specialists. Prior experience includes Senior Project Manager at Allstream, where Jeff managed enterprise voice network projects for major clients, and Data Centre Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, overseeing data center operations and implementing essential policies and procedures. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
