Carmen Kan

Carmen Kan currently serves as a Legislative Council Member for the Election Committee Constituency at the 7th Legislative Council of HKSAR since January 2022. In addition, Carmen has been with Bank of China (Hong Kong) since September 2010, holding the positions of General Counsel and General Manager of the Legal & Compliance and Operational Risk Management Department. Prior to this, Carmen worked at Clifford Chance LLP from February 2001 to September 2010, where Carmen was a partner. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Hong Kong and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Tsinghua University.
