Brad Scott

Brad Scott has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brad began their career as a Senior Economic Analyst with the Victorian Government in 1988 before moving on to S&P Global Ratings, where they worked as a Corporate Ratings Analyst for four years. In 1999, they joined Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc. as the Head of Fixed Income Credit Research, where they built and led a successful credit research franchise. Brad then transitioned to Citi, where they held various roles including Head of Fixed Income Credit Research / Ratings Advisory and Head of Capital Structure Advisory. Brad also worked as a Director and Senior Credit Sector Specialist in New York, focusing on corporate credit analysis. In 2009, Brad joined ANZ as a Director in Debt Capital Markets, where they played a key role in building the team and executing notable deals. Brad then moved to NAB, where they held several leadership positions including Director of Corporate Bond Origination and Director of Corporate Debt Origination. Brad's most recent position was with Bank of China, where they served as the Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets. Throughout their career, Brad has won multiple awards for their outstanding contributions in debt capital markets origination.

Brad Scott has a strong educational background in economics and finance. Brad obtained a Graduate Diploma in Economics from the University of Melbourne in 1993 and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA in 2001. In addition, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from RMIT University in 1997 and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Deakin University in 1987. Brad also has additional certifications in Sustainable Finance from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and in AFMA (Australian Financial Markets Association).
