Elaine Tatum

Elaine Tatum (Yim) currently serves as the Director of UK Corporate Banking at the Bank of China, specializing in real estate since November 2024. Previously, Elaine held the position of Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Intermediate Capital Group from February 2022 to August 2024, managing a diverse range of assets including hotels, offices, industrial, retail, leisure, residential, and PBSA. At Santander UK, Elaine worked as a Relationship Manager in Real Estate Finance and Professional Services within Corporate Banking from April 2019 to November 2021, focusing on law firms, accountancy firms, and football clubs. Prior experience includes roles such as Associate Director in Transaction Services at RBS and Assistant Relationship Director at Lombard. Elaine holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking, Finance and Management from Loughborough University and has completed a Chartered Banker qualification.
