Jorge Pickling Moreno

Jorge Pickling Moreno has extensive work experience in the banking industry, with a focus on operations and management. Jorge started their career at Citi in 1996 as a Treasury Operations Assistant, where they gained experience in treasury operations. Jorge then moved to BNP Paribas, where they worked as an Operations Assistant and Risk Management Assistant. In 2007, Jorge joined Banco de Crédito BCP, where they served as Deputy Manager of International Operations, responsible for managing international operations and coordinating with foreign banks. Jorge then joined Citi again in 2011, initially as Deputy Manager of Lending and Leasing Operations, and later as Deputy Manager of Trust and International Custody Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing trust management, administrative agent role in syndication loans, and international custody operations. In 2016, Jorge joined CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina, where they served as an Executive in Operations Control, responsible for implementing management processes for Green Funds and trust operations. Most recently, they worked at Bank of China as Head of Operations, leading the deployment and implementation of the Local Payment System and managing system testing.
