Larry Bloom

Larry Bloom is an experienced compliance and quality assurance professional with a strong background in financial services. Currently serving as a Compliance Manager at Bank of China since October 2018, Larry oversees compliance with various consumer regulations while managing examinations for multiple branches. Prior experience includes roles as UAT/QA Test Manager at Capco and UAT Test Coordinator at Bank of America, among others, where Larry handled testing activities, managed project teams, and reported to senior management.
