Aydan Dogan is a Senior Research Economist at the Bank of England, where employment commenced in September 2019, after previously holding the position of Research Economist. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Universitat de Barcelona from September 2016 to September 2019, and as a PhD student and Teaching Assistant at the University of Kent from September 2011 to December 2015. Aydan also interned at the Bank of England in 2014. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Kent, an MSc in Economics and International Financial Economics from the University of Warwick, a BSc in Economics from Ankara University, and an Erasmus Exchange in Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Early education was completed at TED Ankara College Foundation Schools.
