Ben Taylor is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in regulatory affairs and financial stability. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Legal Counsel in the Financial Stability Division at the Bank of England since April 2024, Ben previously held the position of Senior Managing Counsel for Regulatory Affairs at Mastercard, where the focus was on global regulatory requirements related to operational resilience, cyber security, and third-party risk management. Prior roles include Senior Regulatory Counsel at Vocalink, Senior Legal Associate at the Payment Systems Regulator, and Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service, specializing in complex pensions cases.
