D Foley is a seasoned risk analyst with extensive experience in the banking and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Analyst at the Bank of England since November 2022, D Foley previously worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as an IT Risk Analyst and held the position of Associate Inspector in IT at the Central Bank of Ireland.
