Joseph Chilvers

Joseph Chilvers serves as Vice Chair and Executive Committee Member at GLEIF ROC since December 2021. At the Bank of England, Joseph has held multiple roles including Lead Product Owner for Payments Reporting and Analytics, Lead Product Owner for the RTGS Renewal Programme, and has managed data-related functions from Master Data Change Manager to Data Analyst since November 2015. Prior experience includes positions at Callcredit Information Group, Allbars, Tradition Securities and Futures, LaplandUK, and Engage Search Limited. Joseph is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Senior Leadership at the University of Exeter Business School, alongside a Senior Leader Level 7 Apprenticeship from the Chartered Management Institute. Previous educational achievements include a Master of Science in Central Banking and Financial Regulation from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Leeds.
