Orlando Fernández Ruiz

Orlando Fernández Ruiz is a seasoned policy specialist with extensive experience in financial regulation, serving at the Bank of England since April 2013 in various roles, including Senior Policy Specialist focused on Operational Resilience and Third Party Risk Management. Notably, Orlando led the development of a regulatory framework addressing financial stability risks from critical third parties.
