Gary Williams

Gary Williams has held various roles in the banking industry since 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President, Fulfillment Team Lead and Assistant Vice President, Banking Center Manager. In 2014, they joined PNC as an Assistant Vice President, Universal Branch Manager, where they managed a team of 5 through 2 major company transitions within 3 months. Since 2015, they have been working at Bank of Franklin County as an Assistant Vice President, Retail Sales Manager and Training Coordinator. In this role, they are responsible for developing and administering sales training, coaching and incentive programs for all employees. Gary also leads sales strategy and identifies potential new business to improve market share at all 5 branches. Additionally, they coach, develops, and inspires staff to maximize their potential.

Gary Williams attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior.
