Tim Penk

Tim Penk has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Tim currently holds the position of Chief Credit Officer at The Bank of Greene County since 2020. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Chief Credit Officer at National Bank of Coxsackie from 2017 to 2020, where they were responsible for new business underwriting and managed a team of four direct reports. During their tenure, they achieved record loan growth and satisfactory bank examination. Before that, Tim worked as Vice President - Portfolio Manager & Credit Policy Officer at Capital Automotive REIT from 2008 to 2016, where they managed a staff of eight and had portfolio management responsibilities for properties valued at $2.2 billion. Tim also provided credit analyst training for new hires. Tim's experience also includes roles at Comerica as a Commercial Business Officer-VP, BB&T as a VP Credit Manager, and Ford Motor Credit Company, where they held various managerial positions and gained comprehensive knowledge in collections, floorplan financing, credit underwriting, and employee management.

From 1987 to 1991, Tim Penk attended Syracuse University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
