Dean Y. Shigemura

Mr. Shigemura was named Chief Financial Officer in January 2017. As Chief Financial Officer he supervises the bank’s Treasury, Financial Reporting and Investor Relations departments, and has been a member of Bank of Hawaii’s Managing Committee since 2008. Prior to being named Controller and Principal Accounting Officer in August 2014, he served as Senior Executive Vice President & Treasurer. Prior to joining the bank in 1999, Mr. Shigemura worked with the Shidler Group and Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
