EVP Chief Human Resources Officer at Bank of Hope

Young Lee's work experience includes various roles in human resources. From 2014 onwards, they worked as the EVP Chief Human Resources Officer at Bank of Hope, where they led all HR, recruiting, and training functions for a prominent Asian American bank. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Human Resources at Emergency Medicine Scribe Systems from 2012 to 2014 and at The Marketing Arm from 2005 to 2012. Young also worked as a Senior Human Resource Consultant at Pacific Employers Organization from 2003 to 2005 and as the Director of Human Resources at Nissi Media from 2001 to 2003. Before that, they served as a Compensation Benefits Analyst at Imperial Bank from 2000 to 2001, and as a Human Resource Manager at SY Technology, an L3 Company, from 1996 to 2000.

Young Lee has studied Animal Physiology at UC San Diego and Management in Human Resources at UCLA Extension.
