Val Dimitrov

Val Dimitrov has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started as a Real Estate Agent and later became a Real Estate Broker at Around Town (AT) Agency, where they analyzed housing market trends, prepared contractual agreements, and implemented successful marketing strategies. Val then worked as an Auditor at Northwest Administrators, Inc, analyzing employee earnings statements and providing recommendations for improved practices. They then transitioned into the banking industry, working as a Financial Analyst at Sound Community Bank, conducting stress testing and variance analysis. Val also worked as a Financial Consultant at Accountemps, where they provided financial support and expertise to various clients. They later joined HomeStreet Bank as an AVP, Commercial Portfolio Manager, responsible for managing commercial loan portfolios, and eventually became a VP, Relationship Manager Commercial Lending. Currently, Val works as a VP, Commercial Loan Officer at Bank of Idaho.

Val Dimitrov attended Northeastern University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance.
