It operates through a branch network of approximately 5, 020 domestic branches and over 60 overseas branches. Its subsidiaries include BOI AXA Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd., BOI AXA Trustee Services Pvt. Ltd and Bank of India (Tanzania) Ltd.
