Michael Grace

Michael Grace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Bank of Ireland since August 2021, Michael has successfully overseen the implementation of the Cross-Border Payments Regulation, delivering key phases on time and within budget. Previously, Michael held various managerial roles at Accenture and Bank of Ireland, including Project Manager for the Self-Service Device Programme and Head of Business Process Enablement at AIB. Key achievements include developing personal insolvency case management capabilities and innovative credit card products, as well as significantly increasing online banking users at AIB. Michael holds a degree in Business Information Technology from Trinity College Dublin.
