Michael McCarron

Michael McCarron is an experienced Change Delivery Director at Bank of Ireland, having held various leadership roles since July 2014, including oversight of the Core Banking Programme and the Retail Technology change portfolio. Prior to this, Michael held significant positions at Ulster Bank, where responsibilities included leading the payments team and establishing compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Michael’s career began at AXA, specializing in process management as a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. Michael holds a BA (Hon) in Accounting & Finance from Dublin Business School.
