Sheena Woodburn Francis

Sheena Woodburn Francis is an experienced individual who currently holds the position of Head of Talent Management and Head of Staffing and Performance Management at the Bank of Jamaica. Prior to this, Sheena served as an Adjunct Lecturer and Administrative Services Manager at The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, and as a Human Resources Manager at the Petrocaribe Development Fund. Sheena holds an MSc in Government and Public Sector Management from The University of the West Indies.
