Nicolette Sloan

Nicolette Sloan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Nicolette is currently the EVP, Head of Growth & Strategy at Bank of Marin, responsible for executing the strategic vision of the commercial bank and driving growth and operational excellence. Prior to this, they held the role of EVP, Head of Commercial Banking at the same company.

Before joining Bank of Marin, Nicolette spent a significant portion of their career at Wells Fargo. During their tenure, they held various positions including Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Leader, where they managed a team of relationship managers and delivered a wide range of financial products to companies of different sizes. Nicolette also served as the Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Credit, and as the Senior Vice President, Director of the Financial Analyst Program, Early Talent Programs Manager, where they built the risk competency of early-talent team members.

Earlier in their career, Nicolette held the role of Vice President, Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo where they managed a portfolio of middle-market companies. Nicolette also worked at Rabobank as a Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer, and at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust as a Vice President, Senior Regional Business Banking Officer.

Nicolette Sloan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from California Lutheran University. Nicolette also attended the University of Washington from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Pacific Coast Banking School. In addition, Nicolette has pursued studies in Marine Biology & Sociology at UC Santa Barbara and Biology and Sociology at Idaho State University. Nicolette also earned an AA degree in General Liberal Arts & Sciences from Ventura College.
