Dawn Dauer

Dawn Dauer has a long and diverse work experience in the banking industry. Dawn began their career in 1990 as a Customer Service representative at Capital Bank, where they worked until 1995. Dawn then joined Union Planters Bank in 1996, where they continued to work in Customer Service until 1996. Dawn Dauer then worked at Mercantile Bank as a part of their Retail Services team from 1994 to 1996. In 1997, they joined The Bank of Missouri as a Mortgage Loan Officer, responsible for mortgage loan origination. Dawn held this role until 2003, at which point they became a Branch Manager and Real Estate Production Manager, managing daily operations and overseeing secondary market loan production for the bank. In 2008, Dawn Dauer was promoted to Senior Vice President of Credit Administration, and in 2012 they became the Community Bank President. In 2015, they were promoted to Executive Vice President of Corporate Administration, and in 2018 they took on the role of Chief Banking Officer at The Bank of Missouri. Throughout their career, Dawn Dauer has shown their commitment to community banking and helping clients with their financial needs.

Dawn Dauer completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Marketing, at Evangel University from 1993 to 1997. Dawn then pursued further education at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Banking and Executive Management.
