Mark Robertson

Mark Robertson has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Mark is currently working as the SVP, Contract Services - Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer at The Bank of Missouri since April 2021. Prior to this, Mark worked at Vive Financial for almost 8 years (2013-2021) as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, where they provided legal advice and managed regulatory compliance. Before that, they served as the Vice-President, Legal Department at Dent-A-Med, Inc. dba The HELPcard from 2008 to 2013, where they were responsible for various legal functions including litigation, contract negotiation, and human resources counseling. Mark's early career included a role as a Realty Management Law Clerk at Walmart from 2006 to 2008 while attending law school, where they gained experience in property management and drafting legal documents.

Mark Robertson attended the College of the Ozarks from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a focus on Secondary Education. Mark then pursued further education at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville from 2005 to 2007, earning their Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
