Francis Kaitano CISSP, CISM, CISA, CinS, SCF, MCP, ITIL, MINSTD serves as an Enterprise Security Architect at the Bank of New Zealand since September 2019, focusing on enhancing customer financial experiences through resilient digital services. With extensive experience in cybersecurity, Francis has also participated as a speaker at various conferences, including the zero trust and DevSecOps domains with Corinium Global Intelligence. Previous roles include establishing the Cyber Security Practice at Fusion Networks New Zealand as a Practice Lead and CISO and leading security capabilities as Group Security Manager at IAG New Zealand. Francis has contributed to the growth of cybersecurity leadership as a volunteer tutor for the ISACA Wellington Chapter and serves on the board of advisors for St Joseph Skin Cancer Clinic. Education includes numerous certifications in cybersecurity and related fields, supplemented by ongoing studies in design thinking.
