Kate Evans has held various positions throughout their work experience. Kate began their career at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as a Migrant Banking Manager, assisting British migrants with their banking needs. Kate then worked at Barclays Wealth as a Business Development Manager, where they built and maintained relationships with multinational corporations and provided solutions for institutional and private client needs. Currently, Kate works at the Bank of New Zealand, where they have held several roles, including Continuous Improvement Partner, Business Improvement Manager, and CX Insights and Colleague Engagement Manager. Kate is responsible for implementing employee engagement initiatives, leading operational communications, and collating and interpreting performance data to inform strategic decision-making. In their most recent role at Bank of New Zealand, Kate serves as the Head of National Support.

Kate Evans completed their education in the field of business administration. From 2002 to 2004, they obtained a PostGrad Diploma in Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed a BBS degree in International Business, Management, and HR from 2000 to 2002.
